WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Dear customer,

Thank you very much for your purchase of this Thermobile device, which has been developed and manufactured according to the very highest quality standards. Should anything go wrong with this device despite these highest standards, Thermobile guarantees repair free of charge. This repair is independent of the country in which it takes place and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This international Thermobile warranty is in supplement to the existing national warranty obligations of dealers and Thermobile in the country of purchase, and is without prejudice to your statutory rights as a customer.

The Thermobile warranty is valid when the device is used in accordance with the user

manual and for the purpose for which it was made. In addition, the original purchase receipt (invoice, cash register receipt or proof of payment) must be submitted, which must read the date of purchase, the name of the

dealer or vendor and the device’s model number/type and production number/serial number).

The Thermobile warranty does not apply if:

• non-original parts are used.

• the construction is modified.

• anything is changed, crossed out,

deleted or made illegible on any of the

documents mentioned above.

• repairs or modifications are made by

unauthorized service organizations or

persons.

• a malfunction is the result of external

causes (not pertaining to the device

itself), for example, lightning stroke,

flooding, contamination, fire, improper

use or negligence.

The warranty is extended to the original replacement parts during the guarantee repair.

Please note that the product cannot be considered as defective if modifications or changes are required in order to have the product meet local or domestic technical standards enforced in countries for which the product was not originally developed or produced.

If your Thermobile device does not function properly or is defective, we advise that you contact your Thermobile dealership or a designated Thermobile service location. Should you require service in another country, Thermobile can refer you to the nearest Thermobile dealership or service

location.
