All equipment returned within 20 days of receipt of equipment will be charged a 25% restocking fee, $100.00 cleaning fee and purchaser is responsible for return shipping and any damage that occurs during the return shipping. No equipment will be authorized for return after 20 days of being in the purchasers possession. No exceptions. All returned equipment must be packaged in original boxes that the equipment was shipped to you in.

If returned equipment is not certified free of bed bugs there will be a $250.00 charge for us to get the equipment certified free of bed bugs.
